What makes a woman fertile?
When a woman reaches a certain age, their bodies begin a circle to prepare for pregnancy.
After a woman has her period, the lining of the uterus thickens. Eggs are then released from the ovaries and are picked up by the fallopian tubes. Pregnancy begins when an egg and sperm meet, and the embryo or (fertilized egg) become implanted in a woman’s womb (uterus). If a woman does not become pregnant, the blood and tissues lining the uterus are shade during her period. Woman are born with a limited number of eggs, and and it is more difficult for a woman to become pregnant as they get older.

When you are trying to be pregnant so many pieces of advice and information are being told that might not be true. Here are few common misconceptions:
You are not pregnant yet because you are not trying harder enough.
Increase in the amount of intercourse you have will not raise the chances of getting pregnant. The woman only releases one egg per month leaving a short window for conception known as the fertile period.
If you do all the right things and live a super healthy lifestyle, you can become pregnant.
Although there are many unhealthy habits that can affect fertility, there are plenty of people with a healthy lifestyle that still encounters fertility problems. Leading a healthy lifestyle does not necessarily cure fertility problem, but helps in the treatment and
increases chances of success.
