Some nutrient-dense, protein-rich foods to eat while
bulking are:

If you want to get big, you need to eat lot.
Putting on size ultimately comes down to eating
enough calories. Your body cannot make something out of nothing and if the fuel
to create muscle is not there, your body cannot magically create muscle out of
